  1. CalcMenu Philippines Inc | Software QA Analyst

    2023 - 2026

    Performed end-to-end QA for web applications, including functional, regression, exploratory, integration, smoke, shift-left, and AI-powered feature testing. Built and executed detailed test cases, logged high-quality defects with replication steps and visual evidence, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to improve stability, reduce support requests, and enhance user experience. Implemented Playwright automation to accelerate regression and E2E testing, cutting manual effort and improving release reliability.

  2. Arxon Solutions, LLC | Lead Software Quality Engineer

    2024 - 2025

    Owned end-to-end QA for a SaaS EdTech platform in Agile sprints, taking full responsibility for designing and executing manual test cases across positive, negative, and edge scenarios.
